Im doing it Monday/Tuesday from 7am Monday to 7pm Tuesday. Then Thursday 7am through Saturday evening 7pm. I am fighting a lot of the “Old man nature” Although in my case is “The Old Female Nature” I’m also doing it because there are many personal struggles I must overcome. Plus a big issue with my father I need to help him with.

The fast just started yesterday, till Easter is long way, but i know God will help.
